I personally assembled and optimized the environment, managed render settings, and maintained control over the final output. Additionally, I played a key role in developing and testing an automation system between DCC tools and Unreal Engine, streamlining our workflow and improving efficiency.

The project was highly demanding, requiring creative problem-solving to overcome engine limitations. I frequently devised custom solutions to address technical constraints, ensuring the environment met both artistic and performance standards. The project evolved through three major Unreal Engine versions, and I led the team in regularly updating and adapting the project to stay compatible with the latest engine features and improvements.

Balancing the roles of team lead and technical artist, I ensured seamless integration of assets, optimized performance, and maintained visual fidelity. Despite the challenges, the team successfully delivered a visually stunning short film, showcasing our ability to innovate and adapt within a complex production pipeline.
